As per the ancient Indian Texts of Sanatan Dharma, the Transgender community known as the ‘Kinnars’ have been described as Demigods, who sang and danced wonderfully enticing the minds of the heavenly Gods, while they also possessed healing qualities.

Unfortunately, today the transgender community is often ostracized in India and across the world.
